List every component
Document the main label, size label, care label, hangtag, barcode, polybag, tissue, box and carton marks. Specify artwork version, dimensions, material, color, position and attachment method.
Check legal information
Care labels may need fiber composition, country of origin, care instructions and responsible business information in the correct market language. Confirm destination requirements before printing bulk labels.
Design for operations
Define folding method, garment orientation, pieces per bag and assortment per carton. Set maximum carton weight and dimensions with the receiving warehouse or marketplace.
Approve before production
Review physical samples for color, legibility, barcode scanning, adhesive performance and attachment strength. Add every approved component to the bill of materials and packing manual.
